It’s that time of year again – time for us to let you know the support hours and service we’ll be providing over the Christmas and New year break for dotMailer users and clients.
Our offices will be shut from 2pm on Friday December 21st until December 27th and closed again on Tuesday January 1st.
A skeleton dotMailer support team will be providing support via email and Live Chat across the following dates and times:
Dec 24th: 9am-6pm
Dec 25th Closed
Dec 26th – 28th: 9am – 6pm
Dec 31st: 9am – 5pm
Jan 1st Closed
Jan 2nd: Business as usual.
