What’s new in dodigital Engagement Cloud’s ecommerce solution

The dotdigital Engagement Cloud development team have been working solidly over the last couple of months making changes to the dotdigital back end. We’ve made it even easier than before for our clients to manage their ecommerce sites.

New menu structure

We’ve re-grouped some of dotdigital Engagement Cloud’s features, especially the promotional marketing ones like loyalty points, dynamic pricing and product reviews so it’s easier to get to what  you need to do to convert more of your site traffic.

Updated product upload

Having listened to out dotCommerce clients we’ve grouped several of the product upload actions together on one screen so it’s quicker and easier for you to upload your products to your site.

We’ve also built some additional functionality around product variations and attributes. dotdigital Engagement Cloud ecommerce users can now add, edit or delete product variations whenever or however they like to make sure their products are up to date with maximum choice for their visitors.

Reporting

All dotdigital reports, like the really useful sell through report, product velocity, product profit, lost baskets and stock reports have new filter options allowing customers to segment their reports not only by date ranges, but also by brand, categories and lists. dotdigital Engagement Cloud reports have never been so useful, or easy to use to get the information you really need.
