New DotMailer Terms & Conditions

From Feb 1st we are introducing new T&Cs that each dotMailer account holder will need to have accepted from March 2nd, in order to use the system.

It’s nothing to worry about. We decided to review and update our T&Cs covering the use of dotMailer services to make them more transparent and clearcut for our users.

Some changes to the terms have been writtent to take into account practical matters that have arisen since we put our original terms in place.

From February 1st, when you go to the dotMailer login page you’ll see a link to the new T&Cs and a box for you to check to accept the new terms.

Please note, these new T&Scs dont take effect until March 2nd, so you do have 30 days to review them if you choose. From March 2nd, we’ll need you to have checked the “I accept” box in order to access the system.
