We’ve just completed a study into email consumers mobile use and how this affects email marketers.
The lowdown? Two thirds people check emails on smartphones. A large proportion want to receive offers and promotions direct to their phone..
However, retailers are scoring poorly in this area. This is because of poor coding best practice, non-optimised landing pages and missing the three golden rules of mobile email marketing: simplicity, clarity and accessibility.
