Tink Taylor, our COO, is feeling pretty chuffed about our Salesforce integration. Here’s why.
As ever we like to be understated at dotMailer. And so it was that early last week, we casually sauntered onto the Saleforce AppExchange with our ‘dotMailer for Salesforce’ integration. CRM though is an exciting sector in tech, as it’s the backbone of your business. That’s why we’re quietly pleased we’ve opened up a whole new wave of smarter and more efficient working for marketers across the world.
What does it do?
It’s the dotMailer app with all the automation features you love, for your welcome, cross-sell, up-sell and loyalty campaigns – but completely native to the Salesforce environment. This deep integration facilitates a step-change in the way people do business, enabling teams to create complex automated email programs and giving you a single customer view.
Want a template designer that you don’t need to code for? You’ve got one. Want to see dotMailer’s email analytics side-by-side with Salesforce’s suite? Done. Want to utilise them to identify prospects and create targeted emails? Easy.
Our listing means that the integration is now available to all Salesforce Professional accounts – previously we were only able to support enterprise users and above.
Why do you need it?
A recent report published in partnership with E-Consultancy, confirmed that marketers’ time is at a premium, but also that the provision of faster and easier-to-use email technology has a big effect on conversion rates. It’s clear that marketers across the globe need to get their time back.
Our dotMailer app, coupled with its deep integration with SalesForce does exactly that – a seamless integration, that’s already helping drive serious results for our clients. Nutricia, the medical wing of French food industry titans, Danone, are a superb case study. Their campaigns have seen growth to an average open rate of 48% (sector average 32.2%) and a whopping 21% click-thru-rate (sector average only 3.3%).
Where can you get it?
The Salesforce App Exchange. If you’re already using it, we’d love to hear your feedback through the exchange. That’ll definitely give us something to shout about.
