dotMailer has been working closely over the last year with two clients to help them ramp up the success rate of their email marketing campaigns. Due to the outstanding success of these campaigns Dove Spa and ODEON Cinemas both won Bronze awards across three categories at last nights DMA Awards.
Dove Spa was entered into the awards with their Strength Within anti-wrinkle food supplement campaign. By using 6 individual triggered email messages to match the customer journey to drive continued sales, 77% of people who buy Strength Within, have returned for a repeat purchase.
ODEON won Bronze for Best Loyalty Programme:
ODEON was entered into the awards with their ODEON Première Club Loyalty campaign, designed to expand the member experience and engagement with the cinema chain by offering added value to the member. Focusing on increasing loyalty and membership numbers, the use of careful segmentation and geographic planning lie at the heart of the strategy. ODEON have seen a 21.6% membership increase.
