DotMailer Now Supports Hotmail One-Click Unsubscribe

Hotmail have just begun rolling out their new one-click unsubscribe feature to help you manage your inbox.

Staying one step ahead of the curve, dotMailer is now fully compliant with this, helping protect your deliverability.

What is Hotmail’s One-Click Unsubscribe feature?

One-Click Unsubscribe allows you in a single click to let a commercial emailer know to stop mailing you, use Sweep to immediately clean up your  mail and remove all the old newsletters from that sender, and finally send any new ones that come in to your junk mail until the sender takes you off their list.

This is how the feature looks:

What this means for dotMailer users

Because dotMailer enables your Hotmail recipients to ‘One-Click Unsubscribe’ if they decide they no longer want to receive your newsletter for example, you are less likely to be flagged as ‘spam’ by that recipient – so your delivery rates and your reputation are both protected.
