dotdigital Summit is an inspiring time for all of us. Each year, we come together to learn about the evolving digital marketing space, as well as absorb knowledge from the best industry experts.

Our aim is for everyone to enjoy the day to the fullest.

But as many of you know, the new coronavirus – COVID-19 – has spread across many countries including the UK. The virus is being closely monitored by the WHO, and we’ve been following the UK Government’s plan to tackle the outbreak both locally and globally.

Because of the escalating concerns over public health, we’ve had to make the difficult but necessary decision to postpone the Summit.

We know this decision impacts many people; from our customers and partners to our prospects and employees. But our number-one priority is everyone’s health and safety. We’re not willing to put anyone at risk, nor do we want to facilitate any further global spread of the coronavirus.

We will refund all tickets: please email summit@dotdigital.com and our team will be able to help. Please also reconsider any travel plans you’ve made. The Summit will most likely take place in the autumn; the date is to be confirmed. So, you can keep hold of your tickets until then if you prefer.

In these unfortunate circumstances, we want to assure you that the Summit agenda will be nothing short of inspiring. We’re committed to sharing expert learnings, giving you advanced access to our product roadmap, and exploring the future of CX together.
