dotDigital are proud to have successfully completed the assessment process for HCS Careers Work Experience Programme and are now endorsed to offer placements to young people aged 14-19 years old.
With rapid growth across all areas of the business and various new products and brands such as dotSearch and dotSurvey launching, it’s inevitable that the team is growing and additional people are required. While we continue on our recruitment drive for full time positions, we have also been opening the doors of opportunity to young people.
Coming into the business for a few weeks allows young people to gain real experience of office life and provides them the opportunity to get involved with various different departments whether that be finance and admin, marketing, sales or even more specialist areas such as web development and design.

We have an average age of around 29 years old across all of our 135 employees in the UK, which is quite young; we feel it keeps our business fresh and we are delighted to be able to provide more opportunities to even younger people, helping them get that much needed step on the ladder.”
