Changes To DotSurvey: Building Surveys Is Getting Even Easier!

Usability crusade – surely dotSurvey doesn’t need it?

Despite being (we reckon) the easiest to use survey tool out there, we’re still on a crusade to be true to the mantra “NASA technology; Fisher Price interface”. So we’ve recently done some spring cleaning following some user feedback to make dotSurvey even more intuitive.

This week changes have been made to branching, dotMailer mapping and CopyKat.

Page Branching

Now the dotSurvey app will indicate when page branching is available in your survey, you will find the option greyed out until you have the requirements needed, e.g. 3 pages or a list in your dropdown.

dotMailer mapping

dotMailer mapping just got so much easier, when you drag in your email field you will see a mapping check box appear in the settings. Simply click to enable and the dotMailer mapping settings will appear. No more getting lost in configurations! Find more details in our forum

CopyKat

So you jumped straight into CopyKat and created your surround but you want to add it to an existing survey, now it’s super easy! When you save your surround you will be greeted with a dropdown that has a list of all your wonderful surveys, choose the one you want and you’re away!

dotSurvey is ready and waiting in your dotMailer account so jump in and give it a go.
