It’s been a great few months for clients, Cabbages & Roses. Jonny Dixon, Channel Relationship manager has the lowdown on the latest potential gong.
More great news for our dotMailer clients! It was revealed at the beginning of April, that Cabbages & Roses, London-based high-end fashion and home-ware retail brand, had been shortlisted for a BT Retail Week Technology award.
The awards highlight the very best of retail innovation in the UK, as well as digital and technology-led concepts. In a generation of ever-changing consumer demands and brand goals, technology and great creative execution becomes the main differentiator for real multi-channel success.
Cabbages & Roses secured a shortlist spot for their email marketing campaign, powered by dotMailer, which you can read about in detail in our case study. The success of the campaign was due in large respect to the rich data that Cabbages and Roses’ marketing team could pull in from their Magento eCommerce platform, through our platform’s integration.
Ops Director, Holly-Leigh Harvey highlights the ease with which her team was able to create advanced segments, automating triggered messaging, dependant on both in-email and website actions.
“We can segment by spend over a specific period, by location and purchase type, and create very personalised promotions that will appeal directly to those customers’ buying habits.”
We have some stiff competition for the winner’s podium, as we’re sitting alongside Summit and Argos’ award-winning 2013 PPC campaign, NexusEngage’s amazing ‘pop-up windows’ campaign for Monster Headphones, and B&Q’s opinion targeting project powered by mobile-platform Qriously, amongst others. Check out the 2014 shortlist here.
It’s a great honour to continue to be part of our clients’ success, and to develop our platform to be the email marketing automation platform of choice for online retail. It’s even cooler that this nomination is a great example of a British brand, powered by a British technology platform.
